The Southeastern Europe Study Group (SEESG) was established at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) in 1998, with the support and cooperation of the Kokkalis Program on Southeastern & East-Central Europe at the Harvard Kennedy School.

THE 9TH ANNUAL KOKKALIS GRADUATE STUDENT WORKSHOP ON SOUTHEASTERN AND EAST CENTRAL EUROPE

It was an exciting opportunity for students, faculty, and others interested in the region to meet an international group of visiting PhD candidates and exchange views on the following topics:
  • PANEL I – Secularism, Fundamentalism and Pluralism in Southeast Europe
  • PANEL II – Nontraditional Security Threats in Southeast Europe
  • PANEL III – Innovative Governance and Entrepreneurship in Southeast Europe
Some of the papers presented at the workshop are now available online.
