Biographical Statement

Dølvik is the head of research at Fafo Institute for Labour and Social Research in Oslo. His main field of research is comparative European labor relations and labor market governance. In recent years, the implications of EU enlargement for labor migration and labor relations, especially in the Nordic-Baltic Sea Region, have been among his main research interests.
