Vlad Perju

Perju is assistant professor at Boston College Law School.He has a doctorate from Harvard Law School (2007) anddegrees from the University of Bucharest, a maîtrise inEuropean Law from the Sorbonne, and an LLM summacum laude from the European Academy of Legal Theory(Brussels). Perju has advised the President of Romaniaon constitutional reform. He is also professor of theoryof the state at the European Academy of Legal Theory.Perju has published in the areas of EU Law, comparativeconstitutionalism and legal theory. Currently, he is workingon a project on disability rights in the EU and a project oncomparative constitutional reasoning. He will start as aCES affiliate in the spring 2010.
