Michel Goyer

Goyer is associate professor in the Industrial Relations at the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick (UK). He holds a PhD in political science from MIT. He has published in the areas of comparative corporate governance with a focus on France and Germany, institutional theory and diversity in advanced capitalist economies, and on labor relations in France. While in residence at CES, he will complete a book manuscript on the divergence in patterns of capital mobility and involvement of short-term oriented investors in France and Germany.
