Biographical Statement
Arzoglou completed her bachelor's and master's degreesin the UK, Germany, South Africa and India. She arrivedat sociology via economics and international relations.Currently undertaking research on identification with Europeamong elites, her preliminary study was conducted throughin-depth interviews with EU Commission officials. Broadly,she is interested in the intersection of political and cultural sociology, particularly in the context of the European Union.
