Philip Fileri

Fileri is in his third year at Harvard, studying modern intellectual history. His primary interest centers on 20th Century political thought, particularly as it intersected with post-World War II international relations. His dissertation will explore the shift in French and German intellectual debates during the 1970’s toward issues of liberalism and how this eventually related to a revival of European integration projects by the early 1980’s.
