Biographical Statement
Sarah is the Assistant to the Director and the Executive Director at CES where she also helps to coordinate the Visiting Scholars Program. She attended Syracuse University and holds a BA in international relations with a concentration in European studies and foreign policy. As an undergraduate, she spent time studying abroad in Strasbourg, France where she conducted research on European and American perspectives on genetically modified foods. Sarah is currently a master's candidate at the Harvard Extension School concentrating in government. Her main research interests focus on the conditions that give rise to stateless persons and the role of citizenship in international law.
