The Undergraduate Board is an officially recognized Harvard College student group that organizes events targeting an undergraduate audience and engages in outreach with the undergrad community. Students have the opportunity to become directly involved in the creation of exciting programs aimed at their peers, including talks with professors and visiting scholars on pertinent themes, a European movie series, and an annual soiree.

Board-Sponsored Events
Movie Series: The Board screens major European films at the Center throughout the year. CES faculty are often invited to provide an introduction and a personal take on the movie, which generates interesting, interactive dialogue. Movies are typically shown in the CES Lower Level Conference Room on weeknight evenings following pizza in the lobby. Please see the CES events calendar for further details.

New Events: The Board plans to launch several special new events for 2008-09. A current events discussion series will feature dialogue with professors and visiting scholars, emphasizing differing opinions on current issues. The Board is arranging special thematic discussions with Professors who have a distinct topical focus.
Annual Soiree: The Board holds an annual soiree with a special European theme. In 2008, the Rock & Royalty Ball was held in the Busch Hall lobby and museum. Visit this link for pictures. Stay tuned for information on the 2009 soiree!
