Busch Hall Rentals

Rooms at the Center for European Studies are available for rental. Please contact the CES Building Manager Sandy Selesky at (617) 495-4303 x200 for more information.

Rentals at the Center are available to Harvard departments as well as non-Harvard groups. The Center can only rent space for 1-3 hour academic lectures or meetings in the Cabot or Goldman seminar rooms; longer sessions may be available in the Lower Level Conference Room and during the Summer months of June, July, and August for all three rooms. We no longer rent to groups wanting to have lunch or receptions in connection with a lecture or meeting. There are no rentals on weekends or evenings. Harvard or non-Harvard groups looking to have large receptions/dinners/private parties at Adolphus Busch Hall should call Sanja Cvjeticanin at 495-1275 or email her at sanja_cvjeticanin@harvard.edu. She rents out the Museum portion of Busch Hall for such events.
