Rentals at the Center are restricted to Harvard departments only. The Center can only rent space for 1-3 hour academic lectures or meetings. We no longer rent to groups wanting to have coffee breaks, lunch, or receptions in connection with a lecture or meeting. There are no rentals on Wednesdays, weekends, or days when the Building Manager is on vacation/not in the building. Harvard or non-Harvard groups looking to have large receptions/dinners/private parties at Busch Hall should call Jason Rogers at 495-1275 or email him at jason_rogers@harvard.edu. He rents out the Museum portion of Busch Hall for such events.

Cost: $250
Rentals only between 9am and 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Garden Seminar Room
Capacity: 24 - 40 people (24 seated at tables)
Cost: $250
Rentals only between 9am and 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Lower Level Conference Room (LL1)
Capacity: 85 people
Cost: $350
Rentals only between 9am and 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
No food or drink allowed in LL1, except for water for the speaker(s).
Courtyard
Rentals for the courtyard are through the Museum only.

The center has no pay phone, but does have a public phone. A telephone credit card or phone card is necessary for long distance calls.
